It's one of the few stores in Franklin Mills that is always neat and in order. It's so easy to find your size and the staff are extremely helpful.

They had what we were looking for. Unfortunately they had no idea. Customer service is a fail in my book. But judging a book by its cover, is always a mistake. We found what we wanted, and checked out. Made him happy, I felt the slight.

This was my first time here. I really like the store because I love levis. The staff was very alert and atentive. They had all of the sizes and lengths we were looking for, which is rare in other stores that sell their jeans. I will be coming here for future purchases instead of going elsewhere.

The staff wouldn't leave us alone. While I appreciate good, friendly service it was annoying getting asked three times by the same young woman, especially in addition to other unsolicited offers from everyone working there, if there was anything we needed. Please let us shop in peace! If we wanted help we would have asked.
