Payless ShoeSource

This Payless is horrible, I asked the price of the pair of baby shoes and was told it was 14.99 but on the tag it said 12.99. When I asked who was the manager she told me that she couldn't do anything about the price because there weren't any other ones with the exact same price, but I had 2 pairs of shoes that had the exact tag price and many more when I was on in that section of the store. Then the cashier gave me a smart remark such as, "Do you want the shoes or not?" I ask for the managers name and she told me I don't have to give my name to you and that even though it was only 2.00 taken off for my shoes she couldn't do anything because one of the kids took off the tags and replaced them. I did not like my customer service at this Payless I hope they change their attitude or close down, that is a disgrace.

Good place for decent, inexpensive shoes, sneakers, and boots. Also, handbags, socks, shoe cleaners, and accessories. I've bought decent leather heels, which I don't wear too often, at an affordable price. I live in their sneakers, and canvas slip-ons and lace-ups throughout the summer. They last for years. The designer Christian Seriano I hope I spelled it correctly, has a line of shoes and handbags which are nice. There are decent shoes/sneakers for men, and children, too. There usually is some type of sale in store. The staff have always been pleasant. P.S. Great place for back to school shopping.

I've never been in this store, but google insists that i review it, so i'm gonna say its a really nice ______ store and you can get great ________s there.

I am one of those people who does not care about brands mainly because I simply can't afford them lol....regardless I enjoy some Payless shoes as long as it does not hurt my feet, I am good to go!

store inside the mall.... they don't have great selection....

Favorite shoes. Good variety. Purses and glasses are very pretty.

A hit or miss store but you can usually find the type of shoe you're looking for.

Never have my size in the cute sandal selections.

Like most locations the selection is Ok at best.
