Life Storage

Life storage is very close to my home, clean, and the receptionist is very warm and welcoming. I love her personality and she is nice. I just stop by to buy tape from her instead of going anywhere else. Yieldred is her name prices are reasonable too!

Very pleasantly clean, very good climate control! Very clean restrooms and best of all was the friendly and knowledgeable staff, Yieldred took very good care of us!

Yieldred was so helpful, so nice and amazing! I had a smooth checkout process and really appreciate all that she had done for us!

This location has gone downhill since being acquired by Extra Storage. The staff never seem to be in the office nor do they answer the phone. I attempted to call the office multiple times and could never reach an employee. I contacted the corporate office and they sent two different messages, with no response from the local property. In addition, I left a voicemail for the property and they did not even have the decency to return the phone call. It took them days to properly vacate my units that I closed out, and only did so after multiple calls and complaints to the corporate office. Sadly, left this company because of the significant drop in customer service and constantly increasing rates.

Wonderful experience setting up my first storage unit with the lovely ladies Taylor and Yildred. They were very helpful and made a stressful time much easier! The building is clean, a/c works well and the elevator is right inside the doors for convenient loading or unloading.

Ramona did my move-in during the early phase of the pandemic. She exercised and adhered to the CDC guidelines, remained professional as she is STILL the same during my visits. She is very sweet and patient. I had an issue with the Storage door and she came over immediately got the door opened in minutes. Nelson is a ROCKSTAR as well. In a haste, I must’ve left my storage locked closed, over the locked wasn’t. He looked me and placed a call directly to my personal line to advise me. I came over & all of my belongings were still there in tact. This facility’s bathroom is sparkling clean as I have had to use it several times to wash my face and get dressed during multiple transitions. For my fellow Prime shoppers, there’s an Amazon locker on the premises, an added bonus to this already super convenient location; purchase and store your orders in a safe, clean environment.

I had to get a storage unit due to a sudden move out of my apartment complex. The process to book was easy and quick online and when I came to get access to my unit, Taylor assisted me! She is the sweetest, super personable and pleasant! I had a mishap with my unit due to my own error and Taylor helped to get it resolved swiftly! Great customer service! Thank you Taylor!

Yieldred was so very kind and helpful. Her spirit is truly helpful to those in need. Awesome team player I will say.

3 stars for the location, the storage unit has a door instead of roll up which makes it easier to get into...however there are two concerns that seem to never go away 1. Cleanliness, theres cat hair and debris in the hallway, dust and clumps of hair - not sure how often they are cleaning the top floor but every time i come I have to try and clean up in front of my unit because as soon as I open the door the debris from the floor starts flying into my unit and Im scrambling to keep it out 2. Parking - Other renters are just careless and rude; people park in front of the only way to get the carts in and out of the door and into the parking lot every single day and no they aren unloading, they just park and leave their car....having to constantly ask someone to move their car because they parked in the down ramp on the curb is getting super annoying, they really need to paint the parking lot again with parking spaces or something, put up a sign....anything
