This was my first time here and won’t be my last! I felt so comfortable coming in. The repair was quick and done efficiently… But the EXCELLENT AND OUTSTANDING customer service is what stood out to me the most. I definitely would recommend this location to anyone & everyone. Thank you thank you thank you Mr.Brandon for your service, each repair shop I went to they said it was going to take at least a week for my part to come back but he had it to come back within 3 days. Idk how he do it but he does it every time. Love the energy customer service and nails!! Keep it up Mr.Brandon the world need people like you!!

I was a supporter of this place but after what I’ve experienced I can’t support this business anymore. Came to get my back camera fixed and they said I had to get my screen fixed as well even though there was nothing wrong with my screen. So I agreed to have them replace it even though there was nothing currently wrong with it since he said that if I didn’t get my screen fixed my camera would go black again. Now I’m stuck with this screen that has multiple problems including; randomly clicking buttons on its own, freezing up, and has a delay when I scroll through my phone. It’s a huge inconvenience for me and I’m going through stress dealing with my phone that did not really need to be fixed like this in the first place. Now I’m here for the third time and it’s closed even though it was supposed to be open at 10am. Highly upset honestly I trusted and gave a lot of patience to this place.

Lifeline has above average customer service. I have been going there for years and have been extremely satisfied with their repair work on my laptop, iphone, and their trouble shooting. Jeremiah and Gabriel took a lot of time helping me to get my printer connected to my laptop. They did it all remotely. Both of them are sooo smart and knowledgeable about software and hardware. They were extremely patient with me, since I am 60 years old and know very little about computers. They have never let me down. I would definitely recommend you to use their services in the Dunwoody store, which is where I go or any other location as well.

To Mr.Brandon thank you for your outstanding service and taking time out to see what was wrong with my laptop. Your customer service is LIKE NO OTHER! This guy here explain everything from detail to detail, heck I didn’t know what a mother board was until he told me. Young brother with glasses and a cool swag helped me in the midst of an emergency. I was on my way to another city and my phone died so I ran into the store pleading for a charger to temporarily use and he helped me out immediately such great service with patience and a smile. Ish u Rock bro

I've broken my a phone a few times this year and Brandon has been BEYOND WONDERFUL. He's fixed my camera, back house, front house, Lds screen, ordered specific parts in order to finish be able to fix my phone and offer to order screen protector for my camera.
