The owner is very knowledgeable about health and supplement use. In 2016 I was going through some nasty panic/anxiety attacks. Russell was able to recommend a series of supplements which helped me out of the panic/anxiety attacks. I highly recommend supporting this local business.

This shop is the best! I get what I need at a great price. Russel knows what he has and is a wealth of knowledge. He's never steered me wrong. When I want supplements, tea, whatever, I shop at Lifestream Natrual Foods.

This is the kind of local places that I think we should all support! You'll find lots of healthy food like dried beans, oats, Bob's Red Mill stuff, and a there's also a variety of supplements in the store. Definitely a vegan friendly place and I appreciate everything this store offers : Parking available right in front of the store next to the Snorkels Bob in the pink building.

Russel has always been very helpful and knowledgable. The prices are reasonable too. The store is always well stocked and has what I need.

I tried calling their store an hour before closing. They let it ring, then picked up and rung up. That deserves a 1 star.
