Amazing staff!! We went in the late afternoon during the cook's shift change. Chris, the new chef, was looking at food quantities to start refilling. He apologized for some items being empty, but wished us a good time enjoying the food that was available. He said he would work hard to get items out ASAP if we could wait a little. The food was delicious. Our group had mostly Indian food. The ribs, vegetables, and sushi were delicious too. Only issue is staff shortage. 2 people in the kitchen is quite limiting. Also, the trash cans outside were overflowing.
Very pleasant supermarket: very clean, wide aisles, good lighting. Above all, it is very well stocked with lots of organic food, lots of quality organic or non-organic fruits and vegetables, a butcher's shop, a bakery, a large cheese department and many prepared meals. Prices are may be a bit high but that's the price for quality.
Plenty of wholesome, specialist and organic foods in nice surroundings. We got exactly what we wanted. Many aisles and counters for individualised service. Busy multilevel parking available above store. Enter on Queen St
I love shopping at this location. Great selection, the employees are super nice and helpful. Products are fresh. Also, thanks to Dexter, my wife and I were able to have an amazing pair of wines to enjoy with our seafood dinner. He is very knowledgeable
Big variety of foods here. Some things were cheaper than the other supermarkets. Lots of fresh produce and other items to purchase. I loved the self serve eatery of healthy foods- there was a huge range.
This is one of the good and well designed whole foods in US. Only downside is long lines during 4-6pm weekdays. Also the hot bar collection of nice and different. pricing of basic items like water eggs etc is far better than anywhere on island.
One of the nicest Whole Foods I have ever been to. My only complaint was that one cashier we got threw all of our stuff into the bag and didn't even make eye contact with us. The weird thing was that when checking out the person ahead of us in line she was chatting them up, put everything in their bags gently, and stacked nice. As soon as we stepped up, her attitude changed, and she started slamming our items into the bag. The person in front of us was a local, and we were tourists. I would normally give only 4 stars due to this, but all the other cashiers and staff were great. We also really enjoyed the Sushi and the coffee bar was amazing. The red meat here is very high quality and to our surprise was less expensive that the meat at the Safeway in Ewa beach!
I love this store, everything is organic, tasty, fresh, beautiful. We prefer to buy meat here, it turns out excellent! They also sell my favorite peony flowers here!
Love shopping at Whole Foods. Used to be known for whole paycheck prices. Ever since their change of ownership, prices for much of their things have become so reasonable, many time beating out prices in other markets. This is my go-to market for greens, eggs, milk, and of course their delicious deli items. Also, when in the mood for cheese, they have a GREAT selection!
Well run Whole Foods. Staying at Hilton Hawaiian village I like to stock up the kitchen. My go to. Fun cart escalator for the multistory parking garage. Checker was the most diligent I've ever seen anywhere. Not cheap, but way cheaper than eating out when staying in Honolulu. Can get quite busy so try and go non peak hours to avoid long checkout lines.
