Times Supermarket

I was shopping and when checking out the vegetable I was buying was charged at higher price. I told cash register worker let me check , two workers ran and changed price right away. Times did not honor the price they have put and rushed to changed price making me think I saw a higher price. Be careful , this item was not even on sale and they radio each other to hurry change price when their system may have updated price but their floor price was not updated. Times did not care and won't honor price. Did not apologize but just care about what price they rang up to match their system. It truly shows Times don't care about customers , care more about themselves and items for price they have in system.

We really like shopping here. Feels much more cool and local than Safeway next door. Great prepared foods and excellent produce. Many Japanese products. Lots of coffee. Great bakery products.

Times Supermarket is a solid neighborhood grocery store. It’s not fancy, but it gets the job done when you need to grab groceries in a pinch. The location is super convenient with lots of parking, which is a huge plus. Prices are reasonable by Hawaii standards, and they’ve got all the basics covered. It’s the perfect spot for everyday essentials without any hassle. Definitely recommend if you’re looking for a no-frills, reliable place to shop!

For many many years I was forever and ever time supermarket shopper. During the pandemic Safeway their neighbor came out with small meals they are $9.99 for one there is grilled chicken, turkey, spaghetti, meatloaf Two Scoops of mashed potato and some green beans. Times does have their hot food area that is no longer staffed except by possibly one or two people that really don't come out to help they're meant to be in the kitchen apparently. I think times could take a lesson from Safeway in the prep of the way Safeway has their meals in the Cold Case easy to see pick up go to the cashier pay and leave. The hot food at times just is not appetizing, in hot warmer containers and most times not refilled. I love you times, take a lesson from your neighbor. Thank you times for your prompt and positive response to the suggestions. You know, for a while there you had some locally made pasta there was spaghetti there was penne pasta and there was one more pasta dish it was in the area where now the sushi is located for grab and go. I bought that consistently while you carried it. Just thinking out loud, you guys are awesome and that pasta was awesome especially during pandemic time it was good stuff and priced well. Again, Mahalo times you are the epitome of what Hawaii and the Aloha are about.

Usually love shopping here but bought cans of tea that tasted disgusting compared to the other times I’ve had it, emptied them out and turns out it had some type of mold in them, felt really sick after drinking it. Expiration date said November of this year, not too sure if I’ll shop here again after that

Super weird being next to Safeway, but it's the place for better priced produce and meat. I would suggest always locking the car because the homeless problem is evident here

One of my favorite places to get my fresh fruit and vegetables, Times is the place to be If you looking for high quality steaks, this is your place. They even have Silver steaks. Not many on the island can claim this status. Let Times be your grocery stop and you won't be disappointed. And I'd anything should go or be wrong, let them know, they will fix it in the way of refund or a replacement. And I'd advise you to keep the package or packaging it came in so they can cross reference SKU numbers and lot numbers.
