Great store, location, and variety. Contains touristy gifts, pineapple froyo, and large selection of regular corner store stuff. Clean interior, modern little carts, and friendly staff.

This has to be my favorite Walgreens ever. It has a nice validated parking garage. From the garage you enter on the second floor. The store is big and well lighted. We took the escalator down to the first floor where we purchased some snakes and beer. The selections were good. I now go there every other day.

This place has the best customer service staff around. The sushi chef is brilliant and when available will custom make your plate.

Need a yummy fix for your day? Self-serve Dole Whip available at the Kapiʻolani Walgreens. Yes, the Dole Whip you love! Kick it up a notch with li hing powder sold in store, local snack aisle! Two sizes small and large available.

Great location. It would be a huge loss to the community if this location were to close permanently.

I'd give it 5 because it's a beautiful store but you can't get anyone to help or acknowledge you at the food counter. I've been here twice and it's been the same both times.

Employee in the cosmetics section racially profiles customers, as well as has a nasty holier-than-thou attitude, making a very unpleasant, upsetting, and uncomfortable shopping experience. Problem was not taken seriously when brought to management, and instead was laughed off.

Heard today that Walgreens notified their employees the flagship Ala Moana location is closing permanently, in the very near future.
