The cleanest, most well kept gym I've ever known. Very few meatheads, tons of cardio equipment, 2 squat racks + Smith machine. Sauna, steam room, hot tub, pool in pristine condition, you can practically feel like you're having a spa day.

Air Conditioning does not work well....hot and humid inside which is bad for working out! The overall facility is old and in need of an overhaul but the A/C problem is the biggest issue by far! On the bright side the staff is friendly and easy to work with.

Good gym , some equipment could do with updating and they should increase their free weights area. Some great staff and some lazy staff who do not really care if a client is exercising incorrectly or if they are hogging equipment.
