Definitely my favorite place to workout and train! The facility is great and always very clean. The best part is that the trainers are great, they are super supportive and knowledgable on everything and really help you see results. Will absolutely be coming back and referring them.

Our favorite place!!! My husband and I have been working out with Dylan for about 8 months. We decided it was time to get back in shape and when My Fit Life opened up we were so excited because it was exactly what we were looking for. We went in there with specific goals we wanted to achieve and have gotten so much more!! Weight loss, muscles are toned, energy is way up and we feel amazing!! Our sons also work out with Darrell and they just love him! They are faster, stronger and confident. I HIGHLY recommend My Fit Life!

My fit life of Louisville has a very positive and encouraging environment. I knew that I wanted to better myself but I had zero self motivation to do so. At home programs that we buy into only work if you have the self motivation to get up and do them. At my fit life you get paired with a trainer that talks to you about your personal goals that you want to achieve and the struggles that you've had in the past. It gives you that push of encouragement you need to get motivated and stay motivated. My Trainer, Darrel, will write me workouts for the days that I'm not scheduled to work one on one with him. He will even check in on our off days to see if I'm coming in to the gym to complete a workout or to see if I'm working on my nutrition. You don't feel like you're "just another client." I will always recommend my fit life to family and friends.

Everyone here is welcoming and friendly. My trainer, Kati Leway, is an amazing person. Not only does she have a great knowledge of strength and fitness, but she is always upbeat and extremely encouraging. She even sends motivating texts to me after my workout! She knows exactly how to develop my workouts so that I make steady progress. She takes the time to coach me on how to maintain that progress even when I'm on vacation and can't make it to My Fit Life! Kati is also an expert in nutrition and is helping me to develop better eating habits. She shares eating tips and recipes weekly. I am very much looking forward to becoming my best self over the next year with Kati as my trainer (and new friend)!

Absolutely love this gym!!!! I have been going here since February and have loved every minute of it and have seen great results! I have never been to a gym where I feel so comfortable! The staff takes the time to really get to know each client and tailors the workouts to fit your goals. All of the trainers are so nice and put so much time into each of their clients. They really know what they are doing! This place is my happy place. It is the 30 minutes of my day I can forget about everything else and have a good time and get a GREAT work out in! Darrell is my trainer and I highly suggest him! He always has great workouts that challenge me each day and we have fun while doing it! I will forever be team #DeathbyDarrell but every single one of the trainers are amazing! I highly suggest trying this gym out . . . you will NOT regret it! :)
