Everything you need for a good workout. Nothing fancy but the monthly fee is quite affordable. Owner is absolutely wonderful. You also don't have to worry about anyone staring at you or feeling like you don't belong. Not a meat market like so many other places

Good atmosphere and great people. 24 hour access and everything you need to have a good workout. If your're looking for an L.A. Fitness atmosphere with tons of mirrors to admire yourself this is not your gym but if your looking to get in a great sweat and bust ass this is your spot.

I've been to many gyms in the area, this has to be the worst of the worst. The equipment is old and not maintained. There is no locker room there is no water fountain . Hopefully if you have to use the restroom, one flush is all you need, because that's all you can get. It smells like a sewer. Someone needs to call the Board of Health. The radio is far too loud with no way to control the volume or station, so Bob and Tom while you lift in the morning, like it or not. It's really inexpensive, which sounds nice until you realize that that attracts the worst gym bro douchebags you've ever met in your life. Some of the cast of characters consists of a "trainer," that's going to get somebody killed and a group of wannabe alpha-bodybuilders yelling at themselves during their curl sets that have no concern for others in the room. Nobody there has any gym etiquette whatsoever... With that being said, the owner is nice, and I do believe that she is trying. But she seems to be in over her head. Leave a review less than glossing and the other owner will leave your a condescending message on Facebook and then ban you.
