I loved this place. It was our first time going to try something different in the area. I must say my husband loved the Boudin balls and I loved the gumbo it was very delicious. It’s very cozy inside no one was there we went on a good day.
Looking from the out side makes u wonder what type of place your at.. but on the inside, is a whole different story. The name is just what it is. A little bit of New Orleans. I was shocked that they had gator on the menu.. it is a nice place to go. It wasn't crowded and everyone was very friendly.
Great local spot with top quality meals. From appetizer to desert portions are perfect size and flavorful. Top shelf cocktails are a nice touch.
I really just don’t understand. I ordered gumbo it had no shrimp and the rice was literally hard as a rock. Then the shrimp boil I ordered all 3 seasonings and it tasted like straight lemon no other flavor at all. The sausage looked grey and uncooked and the shrimp was dirty. The only good thing was the corn smdh
Food is always hot and delicious! The red beans and rice are our all time favorite. Definitely has the NOLA taste!
