I was scrambling to get some matching golf skirts for an event and Robby was amazingly helpful! In less than 5 minutes on the phone she had everything ordered and on its way! Great customer service! Incredibly professional!!!

Super nice ladies at this LP location. I walked in right before closing time not knowing exactly what time their closing time is for Sat. They were welcoming, courteous and pleasant. " Thank you ladies, for being so sweet ! ".

Love the clothes! Clothes are fun and bright! Staff is so nice and they remember you. Sales are twice a year and are awesome. My favorite jacket is from here a few years ago and I still get compliments on it!!

The past 2 weeks I’ve gone to this shop 3 times first time shopping at LP to pick up an order, exchange for a different size, and return an item. Every single time they have been extremely nice and helpful. Great experience. Will be visiting to this location again for more formal dress attire.

The moment I walked in, the entire staff made me feel welcomed and truly cherished as a customer. Karen, Suzy, and Anthony went above and beyond in helping me find the perfect agenda for my new job. The store did not have the agenda I was looking for but instead of telling me to go online or go to another store they took action into their own hands called another store to find me the one that was perfect for me. Not only did they go above and beyond to find it at another store, they also gave me complimentary overnight shipping to ensure I got the agenda before my first day on my new job. I brought up to the staff how I continually look for available part time jobs at this store and have yet to see any opening. Instead of just advising me to check online and shrugging off the conversation they smiled and told me to bring in a resume so they can have it on file. I have always been a Lilly Pulitzer fan since I stumbled upon the company in 2011 but I have never experienced this level of true hospitality in any other Lilly Pulitzer store until today. The entire experience was priceless!

Super friendly staff! Beautiful store. I wish my bedroom looked like the dressing room I had. They are very sweet and helpful even if you end up walking out empty handed.

Can’t say enough great things about this store. The staff is always incredibly kind and has been super helpful with call in orders and bringing out your stuff to the car during the pandemic. I love Lilly!
