I had a great experience with Jennifer at Lily's! I let her try something new for me, chrome nails, and they are GORGEOUS. Jennifer was really sweet, she fixed up my previous acrylic set I received elsewhere and I love the work she put into them! The shape is great and she even cleaned up my ragged cuticles, which I feel like doesn't often happen when I go to other salons in the area. I'll definitely continue to come to this salon, they seem to have a loyal and sweet customer base and each person in the shop was so nice!

August: A reminder summer is still here so I opted for a color that Lisa, the beautiful owner, was wearing. WOW I'm sooooooo happy that I did. Check out the photos and her incredible freehand artwork. She even did the flowers on my big toe so my flip-flops and sandals have a fun touch. If you can go on the days her Auntie is working, her messages during your pedicure are taken to the next level. She understands pressure points throughout your feet and ankles that immediately releases any stress you're feeling. I can't recommend this salon enough and I've been getting my nails done for 45 years, when silk wraps were around. July:Adding my patriotic designs that Lisa did this week. The compliment coming. Lisa's freehand work is amazing! Absolutely the best services in years of getting my nails done. Parking lot right across the street. You're greeted when you walk in. The. Message chairs for the Pedi are high quality, comfortable, and yes, you feel the whole back message vs the antiquated chairs at other salons. Color collections galore to choose from. My nails were shaped to perfection. I use acrylic with gel top and Lisa is an artist. Her smile and laugh infectious. I’ve been looking for a nail salon that has color changing gels for MONTHS and finally found one! Got a gel refill very reasonably priced and the nail tech Lisa was so kind and friendly. Will definitely return.

Lisa was amazing! She was so sweet and kind, made us feel so safe and cared for. Took a weight off my shoulders just by helping me get a manicure with my best friend. Never disappoints. Whether I want something simple or super glam, I come here because I leave with a smile every time. Every person who works here is so kind and it makes the appointment so enjoyable. The facilities and tools are so so clean at all times. No pain at all when they’re cleaning up my nail beds. Run don’t walk to come get your nails done here. You’ll never want another nail salon after you experience this one.

Terrible experience at Lilly's Nails and Waxing for a waxing session. The elderly technician's incompetence was evident as she left layers of hair untouched, creating a patchy mess. after I asked for 2-3 times she called one younger staff. Shockingly, when I voiced my dissatisfaction, a younger staff member not only defended the poor work but accused me of being picky. Customers deserve respect, not blame, for expecting a basic level of competence. I have visited by seeing the previous reviews, save yourself from this headache.
