They fixed our old safe for much less than we thought it would be and much faster than expected.

Have a Canon Gun safe. Unfortunately Cannon support is REALLY abysmal - multiple calls over weeks resulted in no successful connection to their online help and left messages were never returned. Called Lincoln Lock and Safe and got immediate response, with service visit within an hour. The service rep provided an estimate on the phone after my description of the lockout problem. The staffer was very professional on the phone and later during the visit. Once on site, he confirmed the problem, tried to contact Cannon Safe, and then proceeded to drill out the safe (the electronic combo lock had failed completely), repaired the drill damage, and replaced the combo lock with a heavier duty model. He seemed up to date on issues related to Canon Safe lock problems and how to repair them. He tested the new lock a number of times, and asked me to do the same a number of times. Service time was about what he had estimated over the phone. I was impressed with the extensive service kit that the service agent brought with him. It contained a broad range of tools, locks and replacement locking mechanisms. At no time did he appear to not have the appropriate tools. Overall, I rate the both the staff person and service as OUTSTANDING and highly recommend them to anyone experience lockout problems.
