Mattice Lock & Safe

This morning my 8 year old locked my 3 year old in my bedroom. We don’t have a skeleton key for that room and I didn’t know who to call . I called Mattice lock and safe the technician was there in min and saved the day ! He even left me a tiny screwdriver to unlock it from the outside if God forbid this ever happens again . That being said they are definitely in my speed dial now , thank you !!!

Let me tell you. I am not one for reviews but I felt this place was definitely worthy of the few minutes it will take me to type this. So, Saturday I lost my son's door key to his car and he was bound to leave for college Monday. Well newsflash although we had the key for the ignition, what good is the safety of a vehicle if you can't lock the doors. Fast forward, called Mattice Lock and Safe and got the pleasure of speaking to a man by the name of Ben (heaven sent) he could tell my stress level was way up there as he broke down the pricing for me with either them coming out which there was no need to because the car was driveable just not lockable. So he told me about coming in the Monday which I was more than willing to do, my son just would have had to miss class. Now this is the kicker. With all of my stress and worrying about my son getting back to school late or driving a 5 hour drive alone in the dark because I had to work, this blessing from above in the form of man by the name of Ben told me to come meet him on Sunday at 11 because he had additional work he needed to do and he would be there and he would not charge me the extra fee for after hour service which saved me over $100 Best customer service hands down and he even fixed my son's trunk key free of charge. I am now a customer for life. You would be crazy to choose any one other than Mattice Lock and Safe

Quick, friendly, and reasonably priced. Mattice Lock & Safe helped put my mind at ease and took care of my problem right away when I was locked out on a chilly night. I was really thankful they could be there for me.

Great people there, very knowledgeable about the local laws and helpful. Plus, they can make the "do not duplicate" keys, which is something the big box stores can't do.
