Lincoln Postal

I had a really great experience here, far better than any experience I've had at a post office/UPS/FedEx - ever. I read the reviews before I went in with the expectation that I was going to be paying for services, and I did, but I received truly excellent service and no headache. Will be back.

Update: The package did eventually arrive but the tracking information never updated. Not sure what happened here but happy we got it in the end. Unfortunately they lost our package and were of no assistance when we tried to figure out what happened to it. Gave us a tracking number and so far only says "Label created, USPS awaiting item" so clearly it has never left their store. Been 7 days and still no sign of it. First and last time using their services

SHAMELESSLY OVERPRICED, MANIPULATIVE AND RUDE. These jokers claim to be a FedEx location, but won't scan your FedEx QR code to print a label. These jokers claim to be a UPS location, but when I checked with UPS online about the shipping cost of my package $11, it was twice as much $22.35 at Lincoln Postal. When I asked how that could be, the smug, self-congratulatory owner told me this was a private company, not an official center for UPS or FedEx. In other words, they catfish you with UPS and FedEx signs, and then rip you off. Store is also filthy and disheveled. AVOID THIS PLACE AND SAVE YOUR MONEY. See other reviews about how useless Lincoln Postal is when a package is lost or you need help. ABOMINABLE SERVICE.

The two ladies working today were so helpful! Very nice and efficient. Will be going here from now on instead of USPS

I had a computer time card with 9 minutes left on it that didn't work so they made me buy a new one, and then they proceeded to short change me my change. Terrible service, would not recommend and won't be back.

The best packing/shipping experience I've ever had! The gentleman working was incredibly helpful, and the total cost was a fraction of what it would have been other places. I will only be shipping from here from now on!

They provide great service and are very reliable. I love the team that works there and they sell everything you need for shipping. Admittedly, they are a bit expensive, but the convenience is worth it IMO. Sadly, Crown Heights is a FedEx desert, so if you have to ship FE this is your best spot. They also offer UPS and USPS services letter drop offs.

Love these folks -- moved to Flatbush and I still hop on the Q to continue using them. Kind, efficient, reliable. Yes, this service costs more... but you get what you pay for with convenience. I won't be caught waiting an hour + at the post office / fed ex drop off / ups drop off ever again because I stand behind the team at Lincoln Postal. Thanks ya'll! :

There isn’t a fedex or ups nearby, so it’s nice to just be able to drop off packages with them. They charge $1 for drop off and gives you a receipt.

Glad to have this service nearby, don’t get me wrong. Staff is friendly and helpful, but usually unmasked how??. To print anything you have to pay to get onto their ancient computer setup where the security is.. not. Shredder takes only $5s and then easily jams.
