The UPS Store

I frequently use the UPS Store in my area, but my experiences have been consistently disappointing. The store is perpetually packed, with lines often extending outside almost all day. This overcrowding makes the cramped space even more challenging, especially for individuals with walkers or strollers. The store's location on the corner exacerbates the problem, adding to the inconvenience. On multiple occasions, I have tried to pick up packages that had arrived for me, only to face significant delays. After waiting for 10 minutes or more, I was informed that the day's packages hadn't been sorted yet due to how busy they were, and I was asked to come back hours later. While I understand the staff are overwhelmed, it would have been considerate to check through some of the boxes since I had already waited for so long. This store clearly needs more staff and a smoother process to handle the increasing demand for package delivery in our growing neighborhood. The current situation is not sustainable. The lack of space also poses a challenge for delivery personnel, who have to squeeze past the waiting customers. Overall, while the staff do their best under difficult circumstances, the management needs to address these critical issues to improve the customer experience.

As a family we are grateful to have this UPS store in our neighborhood. The staff is very courteous and professional even at the busiest times and hectic days. Especially Biana always provided us with excellent customer service above and beyond our expectations. The services offered are great from our Amazon returns and overnight shipping to even fingerprints from the background check in my new job! We Ben notary services! We have been recommending UPS to family and friends and especially this location.

this is an incredibly run UPS store. I have had my box here for probably about eight years and I get tons of packages and never once has there been any issues. And in my adult career probably my forth mailbox place. It’s highly organized notification system for when a package comes in and also the efficient scanning for one packages go out . is super smooth.employees here are all excellent super fast and competent and the manager hustles and hustles and hustles. Really happy this. UPS store came to the area because before that there weren’t many other options to reliably send and receive packages. Feel confident in using this place.

Courteous, kind and efficient. Went in to do a fax in the morning, they had only one staff member so a line had formed; yet that one employee was so kind and, though she was moving quickly, was not rushing past being sincere with each customer. In an easily stressful situation she handled the responsibilities flying towards her with patience and professionalism.

the line was long as expected, but it moved fairly quickly. when I got inside I realized most of the hold up was due to other customers not having their QR codes ready, but what can you do about that? the staff was so helpful tho- if it was me working at closing time idk if I would’ve been that pleasant. the manager Biana, was extremely helpful too. she helped me streamline my amazon returns and provided tips for future returns. still my fave location, the staff remains kind and eager to help.

Biana and I believe it was? Audrey are two of the most efficient and competent customer service reps of any industry that I’ve interacted with. I had a hard time keeping up with them, with how fast they’re able to move! They’re no-nonsense ladies who know what they’re doing, are polite and respectful, and most importantly, communicative. I needed to get something notarized and there were about 7 customers ahead of me who all had varying needs and service requests. Spent no more than 20 mins there inclusive of waiting for those 7 and getting my stuff done. These ladies handled multiple customers simultaneously when it made sense eg waiting for the system or waiting for a 3rd party to confirm something, but would look each customer in the eyes and let them know what was happening so that no one felt ignored/forgotten. They asked clarifying questions to ensure they were servicing the customer appropriately and correctly, and despite juggling several in-person customers and phone calls at once, they still remembered the little details and I noticed that I didn’t even have to repeat myself. Super stellar ladies.

Everyone there is always friendly and helpful! I had to go for fingerprinting and they helped me so much for a while since my hand wouldn't register, and they were still able to help the long lines coming through the door. They were great!

The employees here are so helpful and accommodating. I've had my packages delivered here for 4 years. And 9 months ago I opened a personal mailbox here, best decision I ever made. Highly recommend this UPS store location!!

I had such a wonderful experience at the store. They are quick and always supercharged with joy… I’ve never been in UPS like this, where even when the line is wrapping around outside, it moves so quickly, and the customer service is just excellent!

Amazing Service. I was looking a Notary. At 7:30 pm, I didn't think I would find one. When I walked in the person in charge of that department was super helpful and nice. Things that are had to find sometimes. Thank you for your help!!!
