Great service, great staff. Waiting area is very comfortable with coffee, soda and cappuccino machines as well as ice tea. TV's, free wifi. One of the better service centers I have been too. The staff though makes this place great, so friendly and helpful.
Have been going to this service center for about four years. The service is either a hit or miss. Sometimes it takes too long to get an oil change on weekends even with calling for an appointment. The service definitely has slowed down over the years. The service and basic cleaning for the inside of your car is non existent on weekends. I regularly make appointments for my oil changes for the past four years with Andrew Morton. He is very approachable, knowledgeable, and friendly. Highly recommended him. I have work twice with Mike and didn’t care for his attitude and unfriendly service. He didn’t seem approachable when asking basic questions about the service I’m being provided or about my oil maintenance. Your experience will depend on who you make your appointments with. Waiting area is decent with light refreshments.Services: General repairs & maintenance
Gaby was very knowledgeable and provided information on how to keep the fob batteries working most efficiently and what to bring with me on my next two scheduled maintenance visits. However, I was THOROUGHLY disappointed that my car was not washed. I fully expect to receive ALL services offered to me by the dealership. Moreover, Gaby made a comment about the car not being washed at the completion of service, but never stated why. As much money as we pay for these vehicles and the service, customers should be, at minimum, offered the services that were provided FOR FREE. I owned a Nissan for 5 years and NEVER had that problem. All my experiences thus far have been amazing but this was the first that was lackluster. Don't drop the ball Lexus!Service: General repairs & maintenance
Completely did us a disservice. I made an appointment because my car had a mechanical issue and I figured it would be covered by warranty. Instead they “serviced” the car which is a blanket term they use for anything they can charge you for. So they gave us a $530 oil change, which I had just had from another place. They performed other small items like changing oil filterjust he that don’t too. Watch out with this disservice center and Roger or Robert.Service: General repairs & maintenance
Best thing about this place is that it is always open and you never need to schedule an appointment. My service rep was great. They serviced my car well too. However my technician couldn't diagnose a simple sunroof leak I experience everytime I take it through a carwash. That's why 4/5 stars.
Please do not go here for anything beyond basic maintenance. They didn’t diagnose my car thoroughly, and that inadequacy and incorrect diagnosis led to paying for an unnecessary water pump repair and worsened head gasket issues that they easily could’ve seen early had they fully diagnosed and listened to my stories. Don’t waste your money- go to Priority Toyota Springfield or Rainbow Auto Service instead to be listened to, have your expenses respected, and to have mechanics who take pride in their work and in finding the cause. I paid $180 for a diagnosis the day after seeing an issue arise. I told the tech the full story of my overheating troubles, how it worked perfectly for a week after replacing the water pump, and how it just started again. The tech stopped listening after hearing I replaced a part outside of the dealership and said it was probably that. After 6 hours of waiting with no comms they initially said it would take no more than 2 hrs, I had to ask to hear it would longer, then they didn’t call me at all and I had to reach out to them to check in, again the tech said that they ran tests but it was probably a bad part. I’m not sure how much I believe that thorough tests were run. I took it to my normal mechanic and he said the pump was fine. A third mechanic said the same- based on my stories, both also said it might be a gasket issue. When it overheated again, I and my normal mechanic took the dealer at his word and had my mechanic replace the pump with an OEM part-still overheated. I eventually took it to Priority Toyota in Springfield this is now 2 weeks later, and within a few hours they diagnose it as a head gasket issue. I write this to say that had Lexus put real effort into the diagnosis, gone beyond their bias against aftermarket parts, and actually listened to my full story about the problem, I would’ve had it diagnosed there and saved an excess of diagnostic fees, an unnecessary water pump, and increased wear on the gasket, which probably made more costly damage. I will never go here again and will be sure to tell my coworkers and friends. $180 dollars completely wasted by someone who doesn’t value the word of customers and cost, and a bad car issue made worse.
The service and staff at this Lexus is terrible and unprofessional. And you can't trust the quality of the work they do or their service. The primary reason is the service manager Dennis Burrell. I can see that many of the other customers agree based on the reviews. How Mr. Burrell has not been fired along with some of the service staff is beyond me after numerous complaints about his out of control behavior and their unethical conduct. If you can get to any Sheehy of Lexus or the Lexus in Silver Spring or Rockville, go there and save yourself the trouble. Personally, I love the service at Midlothian Sheehy of Lexus and will make the hour drive to get their service. Competent and empathetic service manager and helpful service agents there like Andy. I wish there way another professional lexus service center like Midlothian or the even the Lexus service centers in San Antonio, Texas which also had phenomenal service in the DMV area. Those service centers live up to the high quality service needed for Lexus. Plus I can always trust the work they do and feel comfortable going back if there are any issues. They went above and beyond. Do not go to Lindsay Lexus as its embarrassing and the staff act low class. Plus you can't trust the work they do.
They are resist. They don’t like black people. They served based on color. I spend money for my car otherwise I’ll never go their place. Never buy car from Lindsay and never buy there service.Service: Oil change
I had a 100/10 service appointment today with Chris Pryor and the service department at Lindsay Lexus. I’m from MN and use the Lexus of Maplewood there. It is nice coming to a different state and feeling that I matter as a customer. I want to recognize Chris Pryor for his above and beyond service. It’s the people who really make you feel special not only the cars, thank you Chris for providing the top Lexus service. All can learn from his example Thank you!!!
Before I even left the house my wife said talk to Destiny she’s very sweet. Took car in to get a new key and have it programmed. Worked with Destiny M at the service desk. Not only was she extremely helpful in what we needed she was delightful and just a pleasant person to talk to. She looked up maintenance needs and dates to have the work done in the future. Next time our vehicle needs work done we will reach out to Destiny to schedule work. We will be happy to see her again. Service at it’s best!!
