It's been awhile since I treated myself to a facial, especially since my previous go-to sadly closed during covid. I finally used my ClassPass to book a WOW Facial here at Ling and it was a wonderful experience! My esthetician was Deborah and she was wonderful and performed a wonderful job throughout the hour and a half service. The space is pristine and calming, and the entire experience was so relaxing, it's a real treat and will leave you feeling amazing afterwards. My skin felt so soothed and clean that I didn't even want to put on makeup for the rest of the day. I just wish I had done it sooner! Will definitely be back.Services: Facial lymphatic drainage

I had my first facial ever before my wedding with Michiko and it was such a wonderful experience! She was so kind and gentle. The whole experience was incredibly relaxing. Plus, my skin came out the softest and most flawless it has ever been. I felt so confident in my skin on my wedding day!!

I LOVE this place, I've only gone a few times because Covid shut everything down for a while, but I truly believe they are worth every penny. When I go I feel relaxed and taken care of, and I leave GLOWING. They take into account each person's individual skincare needs, Mary was so kind during my treatment. I have never left with angry red marks on my face or feeling like I didn't get my money's worth. Truly one of the best places you can go for a facial, if you're looking for a pick me up or a special treat or some sort of pre-event pampering, you should definitely go here.

Stars for the front desk experience. Been getting facials since the eighties, so I’m familiar with technique and ingredients. The “soft mask” contained a lot of menthol ingredients that irritated my eye area and shouldn’t be used on the skin. The extractions didn’t completely drain the clogged pores which resulted in additional irritation. So unhappy that my skin looks worse. Skip this place, they’re neither knowledgeable nor product savvy. All of the treatments use their brands, which smell off. There’s a reason why Ling products aren’t available in luxury stores.

The best facials not just in Manhattan, but anywhere in the world. Worth every penny. I've been getting facials with Cherry at Ling for almost 20 years. The best!! Their products are very good too- highly recommend the Oxygen Plasma serum.

I went there for my birthday and had a great time until I woke up the next day and my skin was super tight and irritated from the over exfoliation and steaming. My facialist was lovely. however I would recommend making it explicitly clear about the sensitivities of your skin throughout the facial

It's Amazing !! what you can stumble upon. I walked into Ling Skincare, and had an amazing facial, I had an abrasion upon my face and she removed it, and came out with silky skin, Grace is an amazing esthetician and she has skills better than my dermatologist. And what's more amazing, that they have massage therapy and I had a fantastic massage, from a therapist named Amiga, so if you want the full package, come to Ling Skincare, you'll be amazed !!

My experience here was amazing! Since the beginning they make you feel special. Everything went smoothly, the place is awesome! The Spanish girl at the front desk with the beautiful accent was so nice and attentive with me, the estheticians are Asians and very professionals. I really loved this place and definitely recommend it!!
