Little Big Burger

Burgers are average in quality and taste but price is comparable to a quality place like 5guys or killer burger. Fries are amazing. Really the poor score comes from the no customer service approach to business. You ring up your own order and pay at a screen but yet still get asked for a tip? Also my soda was filled halfway and covered in sticky mess on the outside. All and all if there is nothing open it's ok but you can get better quality and service at daily cafe 2 blocks away

Staff were awesome and the food was delicious. My plain burger was surprisingly flavored and I loved it. Ordering was easy and seating was nice. Also super important: the bathroom was nice and far away from the dining area. Amazing place to stop at, especially if you have an appointment at OHSU or are staying at Rood.

These burgers are little but don’t let the size fool you! They fill you up. Those patties are fatties. but if you’re feeling real brave or hungover like I was you can double up the patties. The fries are delicious and they are always fresh. Use the fry sauce. Just do it. This place offers a fairly small menu with some occasional seasonal burger options - they also offer a plant based option and it is just as delicious as the beef if you’re into that lol oh! and if you’re feeling really adventurous, top your meal off with their root-beer float! Or just, plain beer. Either way, this place hits the spot every time.

I hated to do this because the girl at the counter and the girl at the grill were very sweet but I have to. The service was great! No one forces you to use the screen to order. Even though someone was in front of me, the girl looked up and smiled at me. Once it was my turn, she took my order, was very thorough and asked me questions which I forgot to address such as toppings. Once she handed me my drink she was sure to tell me, that refills were provided at no cost. She was very friendly and provided great service. However, the food was awful. What a complete disappointment and I was so looking forward to it because in the end, how bad could it be? The place is immaculately clean too. My burger was so well done, there wasn't a drop of juice left in it. My bacon was so burnt it was black. It just tasted like burnt. No taste left in it but burnt. Then I looked at the reviews and I usually don't go by what everyone else says but review after review are telling you that you are overlooking the heck out of people's food and you just keep doing it. Stop! Stop making people's burgers. If the person at the grill changes by shift then as a business it is imperative that you close your doors and have someone come in who can teach everyone that man's that grill how to do so properly. Otherwise you are knowingly wasting people's money. If you are a customer, I would not buy a burger until you see at least one more review that states that the burger was delicious. Even if you are thinking to yourself, I like it well done..trust me, you don't like the taste of burnt. I sure hope this place can turn it around. The fries were so awful too. They just tasted like oil. So gross it made me nauseated. The one great thing was that they have vanilla cream fountain soda and that was kinda cool and it was good.

I‘ve been here a bunch of times and especially recently the fries and burger patties are consistently overdone. The fries are basically potato chips because they’ve been left in for way too long. The burger patties are ordered medium and always come out dry and well done. Ordered food tonight again because I live nearby and had them remake the fries because they were burnt, and both times they were overcooked to the point where there was no potato inside. Avoid this place until they figure out how to stop burning the food. Could be a great burger place if they fix this.

Beyond burger was fire, had to get it in a lettuce wrap because blb doesn’t have a vegan bun option for the vegan burger but it was amazing nonetheless. truffle fries are an excellent option and the employees are always great! Fun to eat at the park across the street!

The root beer floats and fries are delicious, I love how they always filled a bag with lots of fries and really stuff and in good. Although I would like to see some vegan buns But other than that it is a wonderful place to eat at Vegetarian options: Very good vegetarian/vegan place to be Kid-friendliness: They’re really kind and friendly with kids and talk very politely Wheelchair accessibility: It’s really good with the wheelchair they have a wide door

The bacon and cheese burger was OK. The bacon was almost burnt and didn't really have any seasoning in the meat. The truffle fries were delicious and crisp.Food: 3/5

Hip place, loud music, fast service. Love the atmosphere, the truffle fries are amazing, but the burger is true to the name, little. And I have to say I was sadly disappointed that a burger joint wouldn't have tomatoes!! Over all it's a pretty good spot, a bit pricey though.

EXTREMELY disappointed. I've wanted to try this place for awhile. 1st time I preodered and went in asked how long.."20-30min wait with no one else inside. Canceled order. This time I ordered through Ubereats. My food not only showed up cold but wrong. This place is at a horrible location with horrible over priced food and customer service. Smh...disappointing.
