Customer service line is straight trash and doesn't work right. Website keeps saying to verify phone number in order to purchase ticket, but gives no way of doing this. Service fees are outrageous, especially because they also have processing fees.

Waited on hold for an hour. Finally got a hold of someone who said they would help and ended up just hanging up. Every time I call Fan Support the phone is off.
