Interesting focus group topics. They vary widely. Extremely organized and professional. I've never had a problem getting compensated for my time. The incentive is a check not a gift card. They pay your parking garage fee as well. Light food, snacks coffee, water, and sodas are provided.

I have done a couple focus groups here and the experience was enjoyable! I The staff was very friendly and meeting new people is always fun. Giving my opinion hearing others feedback as well as there opinions was great. I keep an eye out for more opportunities when I can.

They pay fairly well for ur opinions. They treat u with courtesy, repect & friendliness. They offer some refreshments while u wait for ur time to go in the room. They most times they let u out on the dot of the time they told u the study would last. I wish I could go every day

The female receptionist is disrespectful and doesn't answer questions from survey participants. Payment is issued via gift card from a store you probably don't shop at. This is a joke, don't waste your time.

Easiest and most convenient way to make some quick cash. Also has a friendly, well-trained staff.

Unprofessional. I spent a half hour on the phone on a few occasions to see if I qualified for studies. Every time instead of just saying no, they tell me I will get a call back the next day, only to not do so. Any time I called back to get an update, the seemed inconvenienced. There are better market research companies to go with.

I participated in an online survey and was supposed to be paid with a $50 Amazon gift card that would be “sent in the mail”. I never received any gift card, and have emailed Plaza Research dozens of times since then with no one accepting accountability for this breach of contract and my lack of payment. What a waste of time.

Great for extra money, you just have to wait at least 6 months before you can be eligible to be considered for another study
