I purchased a festival passport for the second year in a row and shocked at how swiftly and effectively they handle problems (for festival passport-holders) and make adjustments or accommodations for us. Definitely a company that I believe in and really appreciate how they have treated me.

Presale codes do not work. Bots scoop up all the tickets before onsales for big events. Ticket fees for FREE Print-At-Home tickets?! This company, and its partner, Ticketmaster, are the worst.

Terrible. Presales never work right. Especially for the bigger events. Just tried to get Chris Rock tickets. Was in at the right time and I couldn't get 2 together. REALLY? Come on! Its 2016 almost 2017. Aint nobody got time for this.

By far the WORST experience i've ever had with any kind of company. the website is a joke and will screw you out of your tickets 95% of the time, and their phone line is even worse somehow. it blows my mind that Live Nation still exist.

This company is terrible, their app is even worst. If I want to download the tickets it doesn't let me. If the app freezes, which it always does, the tickets are locked in the app.
