Live nation I'm confused about them. I don't know who they really say they are, or where they are. Do they ever hire anybody? Or just a figment of my imagination. Ghost
Customer service is a joke. Can't ever seem to talk to them. Can't find my RODGER WATERS TICKETS I BOUGHT ON LINE IN 2019 WHEN PANDEMIC HIT!!!!
Absolutely terrible company. If they had a live customer service rep, either by phone or chat, the whole situation could have been advised. Instead I tried to exchange my tickets for another night. They denied my request even though the language in their policy implied I could exchange tickets for a show running multiple days. After multiple emails, which take days to receive, they still won't exchange the tickets, nor will they reach me by phone. I will go to any lengths possible to purchase tickets in the future without them or simply not attend any show where they are the ticket representative.
I brought tickets to see the jonas brother at the bb& t pavilion in camden nj through live Nation and experience was so bad I couldn't even put into words how bad that experience was. First VIP parking had no signage if you're coming across the Ben Franklin Bridge you will never know direction to vip parking. Second there are people with vest on like they work for the BB&T. Third the line to get in the VIP parking was so long because you only had one person scanning barcodes we sat for an hour to get to the gate. Third there's only one door to get to your seat when you come in so then there's a line to get to your actual seat. Then premium box are supposed to have a server when you hit the button no one comes I've hit the button 12 times during the first and second act because I didn't want to interrupt the main act no ever came so I went and got my own food & drinks. The only thing that came out great was the seats view was amazing but the girls with the seats next to me had their friends standing around crowding around. This was so disappointing I wish this experience could of been better. I could of just did general parking and seating. There was no convince at all.. This was a waste of money.
Worst ticket company! They don't allow you to sell your tickets online if you can't go to the concert. They send you to the Tickets Now website and then when you input the barcodes an error message comes up that states the tickets are eligible for resale! Unreal. Since they are paper tickets, Stubhub doesn't allow you to list them either so they are completely worthless if you can't attend the show. Terrible Company.
Terrible customer service experience. Live Nation provided a couple benefits to folks who attended a recent rain-shortened Dead & Co. show, but not to those of us who purchased tickets through StubHub. I first tried contacting support through the web site, but got an error each time even though all the required fields in the form were filled out. Finally called and was told that the wait was over 15 minutes and the automated system would call me back when it was my turn. They verified the correct number with me, and a few hours later I still hadn't received a call. Called back and was told the wait time was now less than 15 minutes. Waited on hold for about 30 minutes and finally got someone who basically told me that there's nothing they can do. So even though I'm a verified, legal ticket holder I'm left out in the cold. Thanks for nothing, Live Nation!
