I joined LiveWell last August and love this gym!  It's like a big family there.  The owners Ross and Laura are friendly and always make you feel welcomed!  I enjoy the different levels of workouts offered and with a group approach working out is FUN!  Chris and Zaan are great to work out with and most of all, with hard work and consistency, I am stronger and leaner!  Thanks LiveWell!
