Story

A Little Rock based creamery making small batch ice cream, fizzy sodas, and other sweet treats. Their inspirations are the gardens,markets, and artisan producers of Arkansas. Loblolly Creamery builds every recipe from the ground up, using fresh, seasonal ingredients, without the use of any premixes, preservatives, colorings, and artificial stabilizers. Their ice cream reflect their community-oriented perspective and local flavors , such as, Arkansas Heirloom Pumpkin Fromage Blanc, Muscadine Ginger Sorbet, Rock Town Bourbon Pecan, and Dunbar Gardens Fresh Lavender. Their ice creams can be found around Arkansas, in their solar-powered ice cream mobile, and at the Loblolly Scoop Shop. At the Scoop Shop, you will find everything made from scratch from their house-made, gluten-free cones to their seasonal, handcrafted sodas, buttercream macarons, and milkshakes to their decadent ice cream sandwiches.
