I love this café!! First time here and customer service was excellent. Cold brew coffee is incredible. I’m picky about coffee and this coffee is legit. They have vegan cream cheese and plenty of non-dairy creamers for your coffee too. Everyone is super sweet and the service is very fast. Cute atmosphere as well.
This bagel shoppe has become our weekend treat, every weekend! Their bagels are the best around, but I think the Mona Lisa Vito sandwich and the Tuna Melt really set them apart! Also, the Matt O’Malley raspberry drink is a big favorite of mine. We’ve never been disappointed here! Delicious every time
My friends and I love Local 338. The bagels are delicious and very reasonably priced. They have a large selection of bagels and their cream cheese is some of the best I've ever had. But the #1 reason to support Local 338 are the friendly and hardworking staff. I can count on them to start my day off right. Great bagel, great people.
Awesome bagels. Well constructed sandwiches that dont fall apart. Special mention on the freshness of the tomato. Love that they have hash browns. And damn you gotta try the strawberry banana smoothie - absolutely life changing….
Fast, friendly service. Very clean and well decorated dining area. Great egg and cheese.
Finally West Roxbury has a quality bagel cafe! This place takes its bagels seriously and has tons of fun cream cheeses to choice from. Subway tiled walls and natural light from the huge front windows gives the cafe a great morning ambiance too.
Great new bagel and coffee spot! Was sorely needed in West Roxbury. Lovely furnishings. Modern with a touch of rustic. The bagels are great. The coffee is organic and tasty. Adults behind the counter, not young high school kids or college hipsters. Love it.
Can’t get enough of this Centre street addition!! We walk from our house every Sunday to have tasty bagels, Jim’s organic coffee, and chocolate croissants to take home for a later treat. Staff are always great too!
I love the new place. The bagels are very tasty. Better than most I've tried in Boston. I wish they had a few more options for a plant based diet and a cream cheese substitute. Overall great. I'll be back.
Poor customer service. I felt most unwelcomed here during my recent experience. My six year old daughter and I had a ritual of coming and sitting down to have bagels on the weekend. We came in and they were out of plain bagels. Happens. My daughter was a bit sad. I asked if they could grab a plain bagel from the day old bagel bags and toast it for her. After conversing with another team member, it was determined that I would have to buy the whole bag. I said I really didn't have that in my budget, and they looked at us and were fine to let me and my visually upset kid walk out. You literally lost a repeat customer over the cost of a couple bagels. You could have been heroes in this situation, but you were zeroes. I'll make the trip to Exodus Bagels in JP from now on.
