Loft172

We photographed at Loft 172 before and after the renovations and my goodness, what a terrific job they've done! Attaching some of our photos of the recent renovation. This venue is the perfect raw space for your next event! There is so much charm – plus an outdoor rooftop space that has so much potential.

We used the space for group dance events and everyone who comes loves the space. The lighting is beautiful and can be customized, the old details of the building have been beautifully preserved, and the access to the roof is incredible. Joel is lovely and helpful and makes organizing easy. Highly recommended.

Loft172 is a gorgeous space that can be used for a many purposes. I filmed some workout content in there and the lighting was perfect. Make sure you also check out the gorgeous views from the roof!

Huge event free space with indoor and outdoor roof top. Updated layout that can be decorated however the person renting wants. Very clean. Great for baby showers, birthday parties, graduation parties etc for up to 100 ppl

Fabulous place for a video shoot! Joel is wonderful and Krissy was so helpful in setting everything up for us to work smoothly. Very grateful .
