Rip off central. They randomly decided to raise all their prices by like 40%. You can get chink and stain from literally everywhere else for $100-$150 less PER BUCKET. These guys are a rip off and just scamming people. Their business will go under in no time. It's a shame. I have been using this place for almost 10 years. New owners bought it some time ago and decided to run it into the ground I guess. If you do choose to buy from here you only have 7.5 hours a week to get there. I guess they decided to skyrocket all their prices and rip people off to make up for their lack of willingness to work. They want $380 for a bucket of perma chink when you can get it everywhere else for under $300. DIRTBAGS. The last time I was in there the owner literally stood there at the counter manually marking things up. I ended up paying over 300 for a plate for a snorkler pump to find out they list it on their website for 215. Literal scumbags.

This store is a third party seller on Amazon. I ordered a bucket of stain, it arrived damaged. Much of the contents spilled out, much more than I realized at the time. I contacted the seller and was told they would file a claim with ups and replace it. I called a couple of times to check on the replacement. On the last call I was told the stain had been delivered. He gave me the date of delivery for the replacement, April 8. That was the date of the original order delivery. After that response I no longer expected to receive a replacement. So I paid $401.00 to paint the floor of a ups truck. Sashco makes a great product. My recommendation is to buy it elsewhere.

Customer service a year ago was more than great. The person answering the phone was helpful and personable. Had to return merchandise - job got cancelled. After shipping back material by ups and restocking fee our cancelled job got costly.

They carry good products but have poor customer service. don't plan on getting a fair refund if you need to return any items. They have buried re-stock fees and you have to pay for return shipping which in not clear in their site.

Bought a log home that is a few years old and needed help figuring out where to begin. I talked to Skip and he set my mind at ease!
