Logan County Sheriff

Very impressed with Logan County Sheriff's Dept. The times we have had contact with any Deputy, they have always been professional, kind and courteous.

As petty as this is I still feel inclined to leave a review, dealing with any city worker in the city of Guthrie always seems to end rudely and unprofessionally. So I went to get fingerprinted as soon as they opened on a Tuesday and after waiting over a hour they closed the finger printing for the day, yes the rest of the whole day. Whatever, they told me to come back the next morning at 830 so I wouldn't have to wait and guess what! CLOSED again. They already took my $25 money order the previous day for services they refuse to render to the public. It's not like I have a choice to go to another county to get this done or I would. They lied about being able to run a background check and now they won't even stay open long enough to fingerprint anyone -____- but I will Be in there for the third day in a row until they finally fingerprint me and take my application ( that they were paid 2 days before to do) good luck y'all! The court clerk is almost as useless and talks down to everyone like we're the idiots but can't answer questions about HER JOB.

The staff was helpful, polite and worked quickly! Also the building was very clean and that surprised me!

My mother neighbor peeps in on her at night. She put up a 8-foot fence and has 23 security cameras she caught the guy in the act and the sheriff refuses to do anything. The guy calls my mom all hours of the night. The sheriff told my mom to send him a message not to contact her anymore or there will be consequences. The next time her neighbor did it, no consequences. If you're a woman and need of help I suggest you get your CCW. This department will do nothing to help you.
