Our experiences with Dr Stuie and the rest of the staff at Lombard Animal Hospital have been nothing short of exceptional since we began seeing them around 5 years ago. They've helped us through numerous issues with our dog and two senior cats; consistently taking the time to explain everything in great detail, go over various treatment options, payment plans, etc. and answer any questions and concerns we might have along the way. The care they've shown us has been wonderful and we really trust our animals in their care.
Love Lombard Animal Hospital! The whole staff is caring and understanding, and it feels good to have a team of wonderful and skilled humans supporting all the pet parents out there!
A few rotten apples ruin the barrel. Michelle and Dr. Stuie turned this business from a 5 star to a 1 star with their lack of customer service and wierd unfriendly attitudes. They were especially short and rude to my grandmother whom I told had to switch to Lombard with her dog fozzy. Boy was I wrong. Now they've lost my business and my grandmothers. This place used to be wonderful and my 5 star review goes to a 1, and well gladly never return.
I have been taking my dogs there for a few years now Montie RIP and Milo. While Montie was having health challenges they never gave up on him. We tried everything that we could with the help of my mom. I never once felt like they were trying to sell me anything, they are very transparent, and willing to share their knowledge and resources. This place is simply amazing
I notice that this place has good reviews— as long as all you need is a checkup. Stick to that. If your pet has any actual health issues, take them to any other vet. I made the mistake of thinking the one cat I had that died under their care was an anomaly. When the second one died, amidst issues with reordering medication, losing appointments, and outright rudeness and lies the staff directed towards me, I knew I had been a fool. Please. Do not let your pets die because you used this vet. Your pets deserve better. I would never leave a pet here for surgery or even let them be taken out of the room to have their nails clipped.
