London City Police

Worse police department ever!!! I was involved in a car crash in kentucky. I am from south carolina. The person who hit my truck ruined my truck. I had to get home to go to my first day of a new job but couldnt make it due to my ruined vehicle. I was told it could take ten days for a report to come out which i was fine with. But i asked for the other drivers insurance info so i could file a claim to get my vehicle fixed and i was told no i couldnt have it and that the offier was on vacation. The lady who answered the phone was so rude and disrespectful. Now im out of work with no vehicle until god knows when because this police department is not nice enough to give me vital information from a wreck i did not cause 600 miles away from my home. Very disappointed.

My wife called in with a legitimate concern and the dispatcher hung up her. Nice to know that our city police really don't care.

Worst police station EVER. I called three hours ago, and STILL no one has showed up. I called and got told I shouldn't be calling because I'm not the one in trouble. I told them the people would be there in FIVE MINUTES and got told the police would be there soon. Once again, THREE HOURS LATER. I havent got a call or nothing from them. The police officee I talkes to was super rude too. They need to fix their staff and learn what an emergency is.
