Longchamp

Longchamp in SoHo has the rudest service I've ever experienced. The staff acted like they were doing me a favor by even acknowledging my presence. Absolutely no sense of customer care or courtesy. Won't be returning.

This is the first time visiting the Longchamps Soho location and I love it. It's a huge store with a lot of different options that most of you cannot even find online. Monique helped us to choose the style we liked and even though it was almost closing time she was the sweetest person ever. I am highly satisfied with the experience, and highly recommend this location

Wayne at the soho location was absolutely amazing! He took so much time helping me find the perfect tote and offered to personalize it. He was so easy to talk to and fun to have the experience with! I walked out so happy and with a chic new bag :

I walked into the Longchamp store hoping to find something that was a NY bag. Not only did I find a bag, Wayne went above and beyond to make sure that my experience was fun. Wayne and Amanda were so attentive and easy to talk to, and I got to get such a cute NY bag to commemorate my visit here. Thank you guys! Will be coming back in the future!!
