was helped by two different women during my visits. they were both incredibly rude and threw attitude. Seemed like they didnt even want to be there, rather help any customer.

I shop here on occasion- its location is in macys= I look for the sale- its once or twice a year- good quality bags but of you get the nylon one eventually it will wear out= good news they fix it for free= very lightweight

The first floor staff was sweet but so rude on 2nd floor. I was going to buy a bag but with all the rudeness I just walked out. Need to hire someone who can be a little more friendly.

I spent nearly $500 on a Longchamp purse in the Herald Square store, and when it arrived, by mail, the crossbody metal strap was too long for me. I asked them please to alter it, and was told no. Very unsatisfactory.
