Los Tres Amigos Canton

I have been here many times, and usually it is always a good experience. But I went with a group of girlfriends last Friday and the service was terrible. We sat on the patio and it took our waitress forever to take our drink orders. And after that it took even longer to get a second drink or a third drink. They would have made a lot more money off of us but the service was extremely slow, I'm not sure if they were short-staffed or what but it sure seem like it. The bus boys need to remember as well that many people that go there are fluent in Spanish and can understand everything that they are saying. I don't think I'll be going back for a while unless I hear that the service has improved. It also took about 15 minutes just to pay for our bill because there was one register in the front of the restaurant and the young lady was very slow on processing our orders. I hope they can improve their service because their food has always been relatively good, the patio was not even full when we were there.

Mother's day (my day). Service was POOR! Many errors in our orders. Did not have utensils to eat until I got up & asked for our table (of 5 people). Bill came with items we did not receive/sent back. Manager did not apologize, but did remove items we did not receive. Manager did not seem concerned with our displeasure. I even started out our conversation asking if there was a change in ownership. I was concerned because we had been here many times over the years! WILL NOT RETURN!!

Worse food ever. On May 4th 2018 I went with my husband to have some drinks and dinner. We sat at the bar because the tables were full. The bar was dirty and I had to call someone over to clean it. Then the food came...mine arrived cold, it was not heated all the way through and the rice was old and clumped together. The couple next to us also complained about the poor food. The manager came out and did not even offer to take the awful stuff off the bill. He kept asking me to order a replacement dish...I was not even hungry by then. He was rude and uncaring and treated the other couple the same way. I could not eat anything and was disappointed.

First off, terrific food, reasonable prices. Second, the atmosphere is very festive. Love the colorful tables and chairs. Wonderful friendly service, attentive but not invasive. Highly recommended.

Excellent service and very friendly staff. I've been here 10+ times and I've never had a bad experience. Food is typical of what most semi-authentic Mexican restaurants offer, but is prepared with care and attention to detail. Drinks, Margaritas especially, are amazing and are the reason why I keep coming back!
