Applebee’s Grill + Bar

The waiter seemed nice, but very slow. Brought wrong salads 20 min after we ordered. It took him another 20 minutes to bring the correct salad. I asked for a different dressing. 5 minutes later, someone else brings our apps and dinner at the same time. Cold dinner. Sent it back and after awhile steak comes back well done hockey puck. The manager came over and talked to me. I had her make it to go at his point. We were there an hour and half. Have had issues in the past. Thought would give canton a try. Nope. It was such a bad experience. Westland gets steak right once in awhile. Seriously. There needs to be training on how to cook and get it timed to the table right and hot.

Good food. A touch pricey. Not many options for vegetarians but they are open to modifying dishes with meat to suit vegetarians. Our server was great!

We had a very sweet waitress today. My mom's steak was overcooked. She ran it back and was very pleasant about it. Then apogized for inconvenience. I was impressed...That normally doesnt happen. Thank you Jenn for a great visit.

The food is mediocre and my service was awful. Would not recommend going here.

I had a very average meal here with my family. The service was incredibly slow which was very frustrating. Most everyone’s meal was fine except for the person who ordered steak. The steak was tough and chewy, would not recommend ordering any steak here. All in all it was okay at best.
