Maria Montoya is THE WORST manager any apt. Complex could ever have!!! My daughter used to rent there and the manager looks for any excuse even the most ridiculous thing to try to send you to court and then ruin the possibility of you renting again. She’s a horrible person who only robs others. I don’t know how she sleeps at night.

The people who work here are extremely helpful, professional and nice. With employees like these Im going to enjoy my stay here.

Been here almost a year I like it here. Only been in the office a couple of times but everyone been very nice. When we needed our stove fix it was done with out a long wait. No creepy crawler. You should check them out...

Worst place to rent! After paying my last months rent I moved by then they had other people renting out my same apartment after I already paid for that month. Therefore, they were collecting money from two different people on the same apartment for the same month! And lied about it when confronted. BEWARE!!!! Seriously

I was thinking about moving here until I read all the comments and drove around at night and saw all the homeless walking around not nice at all
