Kris is the best propert manager. He gets involved with residents and gets things handled as soon as he can. He is the BEST. The previous property manager was a mean raciest man who really just wanted everybody gone.

When you live anywhere you need to just mind your business, do what you need to do to live and not be in everyone else's business its that way anywhere you live.

Been here over a year.. and no issues.. Maintenance is fast.. especially Jose and St Louis. They handle everything we need...even carpet cleaning.. Friendly Office staff as well .

Worst place to stay crime is mad over here and it's overpriced if you ask me! management needs to clean this place up! people fighting every night and they don't care if they are waking people up! If I could rate 0stars I would!

Roaches every where even when they did a spray down, plus rust in the sink, dirt every where, ac dont work as well.
