Coconut Grove Apartments

Its starting to clean up better now but when i first moved in it was run with drug, users and dealers, homeless and fights but now they kicked a lot of people out and its becoming a better place for when my kids come on the weekends!

A good place for consistantly low prices on a few brand name items. The selection is not their forte but their over savings is huge compared to the big grocery chains.

Does anyone remember hearing about someone named OZZY overdosing about a year ago??? He lived in apt 373, big white guy lots of tattoos, shaved head... please share any info I appreciate it..

It's quiet. Clean property. Helpful management staff. Close to the highway and shopping.

Complexes is getting better then it was before.

They treat the tenants horrible and there is apt of drug activity.

The apartments are called the flats now and a basically kitchenettes settings where the apartments are old .The apartments need super cleaning and that's why Im there to give a hand to a caregiver that's my friend..
