Call health department please. Before the tenant will die of heat stroke. Not care for the tenant, only want your rent. Supposed to include air conditioning, but feel like you live in the oven. Management is horrible. Will call authorities

At the time 6 years ago tone not the best place to start a family went the entire summer with no AC Emma's also eat half months pregnant with off not here

Low prices for a decent place move in about 2 months ago and not so much issues maintenance is pretty quick to come out and fix my stuff. The girl in the front is really nice and helped me a lot to get my place been good so far here

Despite the area, the apartment is great, for the price. New management is a lot better than the old one, and she fixed everything wrong with my apartment. Property maintained for the most part, and I personally haven't had any infestations of any kind. The complex seems to be getting better.

Every place has issues but they fix it quick. Cheap rent old building... you get decent place as long as you don't expect fancy. Great manager
