Dumpsters are a mess and overflowing with debris and garbage. Very unsanitary with pet mess left on grounds and walkways.
Well all I can say is that when I visited. The management was very nice and helpful.. It made me choose to live here. The property is very clean and feel very safe. Also the maintenance staff are attentive and great.. I would recommend living here.. Great environment :-:- :-
That whole apartments is infested with bed bugs. & they'll illegaly tow your car
Nice and clean apts, lived there for a year before I bought my house, never had any problems with nobody, awesome office and maintenance staff
Horriblr apartments they are suing me for 3 months of rent i wasnt there for an are getting away wit it didnt send me papers for the court so they won by default i hope that you ppl who decide to move here are not sued like i was dont let them do what they did to me to you
Sandpainters appt# are slumblords, poor management, races, and change management so often. And rules as they go, let people live their for free, while the working class bull". Shitted. Somebody call channel 3TV.
