Lotus Flower

I really like this restaurant, am a very loyal customer. However yesterday I ordered for takeout an appetizer and a pint of hot and sour soup. When I got home the soup container was barely 3/4 full which is very unusual. Not wanting to return yesterday, I went back today, ordered another appetizer and mentioned my disappointment in the amount of soup. I was told I had to take a picture and show them. Unfortunately I could not do that because it was gone. They should have replaced it, no questions asked. Very poor customer service in my opinion.

I went with my friends for a birthday celebration. The service from the beginning was awful. Then when the waitress came to our table and take our orders, she was giving me and my friends so much attitude, and it was not appreciated. One of my friends ordered a sprite and it was very watery and tasted like tap water, then we asked for another one. It took her about 20 minutes to come back to our table and she didn’t even have the drink. Then there was a miscommunication about the buffet and she grabbed the manager. Then he came over and was giving us attitude as well. I will not be coming here again and do not reccomend it to anyone.

A slightly different Chinese buffet. It is worth a try if you have not been there.

Love the food - order from there every Friday night - twice in the past month they have gotten my order wrong and I have had to drive back to get the correct food - FYI - I order the same thing every week. I was told sorry multiple times that was it. I was also told to check my food before I leave in the future - also they are checking the recording - probably not going back :(
