Food is always fine, but frequently delivered missing an item, and has never taken less than 2 hours to get to me.

Food was not at all good - I had pakora and a curry - kind of standard stuff. The service was very bad, the staff are warm and welcoming but that's only if you can find them! There was a very loud tv on as well.

Poor time management : Ordered 2 items as Togo at 9:01 PM last Friday over phone and we were told it would take 20 to 25 mins as they were busy. We reached around 9: 20 PM and I was waiting to speak with a representative to know the status of my order. Stood 10 mins and nobody came. Suddenly phone rang and a guy came to pick the call. I asked him about the status he said it’s getting ready and be seated.. waited till 9:40 and no update.. there was some internal discussion in the kitchen related to a big order which didn’t deliver still ordered at 6 pm.. I got frustrated and asked the person in the front desk would you tell me when will you give my order.. he just apologized saying he cannot do anything as the manager is planning all the orders.. finally they gave my 2 items at 9:55 pm. how pathetic the management is treating the customers? If they cannot deliver items on time they should not take the orders..When we came home and ate the mutton biriyani it tasted worse than the worst biriyani we ever had in our life.. but Chicken lollipop was somehow good still.. Would never recommend it to others.. Irresponsible guys..just for 2 items 50+ mins is too much. they need to learn how to treat the customers.. if they don’t have enough employees to respond the customers they should stay away from the business

I have been here four times and they keep saying that they are out of items that I order. I can understand if this happens once. But everytime I was there they said the items got over. So most of the items in the menu is not available. It has the worst customer service here, waiting time is a lot.

It’s rare to get any South Indian cuisine in the states, and this place really does a great job. The buffet is perfect.
