This Restaurant Used To Be A Family Favorite Grandparents Aunts Uncles Cousins We Would All Go Out And Have A Great Time And Was Worth The Trip But Now When I Go I With My Immediate Family I Feel Like I Missed A Bad Review Or Something. This Place Used To Be Packed With People And Plenty Of Hot Fresh Food Not Anymore Though. Don't Get Me Wrong The Food Is Good So I Can't Complain To Much But It Isn't As Fresh As Before. Like The Rice For Example It Looked Like They Added Extra Oil To Make It Last A Little Longer As You Can See In Picture The Place Is A Graveyard. Decent Food But Something Isn't Quiete Right About This Place Not Sure What. Still Worthy Of 4 Stars My Kids And Wife Love It But Definitely Gone Down Hill Sadly As It Was Always A Place Of Good Memories.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS...UNLESS YOU WANT TO VOMIT!
The waiters will sit you down next to someone even if the entire place is empty just so the waiters can be lazy and clean 1 table after another. Sweat shop tactics, and as mentioned, pure laziness.
I was a little turned off by the sight of the buffet. There was a decent selection, I’ll admit, but I was 101% sure this food had been sitting there for a few hours. I only had lo mein and chicken wings.
We were extremely disappointed at the end. Besides the odd waiters staring at us thinking we don’t notice, the food was just overall poorly presented. I don’t expect much from a buffet, I know it’s cheap bulk frozen food, but I figured we would try it and leave without any complications.
About 4 hours later, I felt nauseous and threw up at least 10 times. FOOD POISONING was the culprit, and was confirmed at the ER the next day because I had a fever.
Stay. The. Hell. Away.
It’s a disgusting place where nothing is washed, and if it is washed, it’s a poor job. I regret giving the waiter a $10 tip.
I am still feeling woozy from this trip. It was horrible and unacceptable.
I called the Board of Health and reported them. Everybody should do the same ASAP!!!!!!

Since there is such a discrepancy of reviews for this location I'll try to address some of the common points.
Cleanliness: Yes, the carpet is worn. No, I did not experience any chairs or tables falling apart. In fact, all seemed pretty clean. I did not enter the bathrooms but I saw many people enter and leave and none came out looking disgusted.
Staff rude/don't speak English: Both people I had contact with (hostess/waitress) were very pleasant and spoke English fairly well. People talk of staff watching them. You have to understand how they work. They watch you, and the second you get up to get more they clear your plate off of the table. Every time I came back my plate was bussed. The waitress noticed and offered me more drink when my cup was down to about 1/4 full. I'd classify the service as very good.
Food cold: This I agree with. Maybe not so much as "cold" as room temperature. They seem to rely on the turnover to keep the food warm but unless it is busy this isn't going to work.
Strange pricing (items cost extra): This I agree with also. If you pay for lunch, then certain items are not included and you'll pay extra. The problem is, they are not all together (one rack is classified as all dinner price). Some are scattered around the area and unless you see the sign, which although big you are looking at the food most of the time, not the sign. Simple solution is to move these items to an area not confusing with the rest of the dishes or to just not put them out for lunch.
Items not "Chinese": You won't find a 110 item buffet anywhere that doesn't have items like potato skins or french fries. This is the same as every buffet I've been to. This was no different.
Items tasted "strange": Tough to say as taste change. One item from one restaurant tastes different than the same item at another restaurant. I wouldn't say anything tasted bad, but there were some that tasted a little different.
Tip: Seriously? Do people not realize you have to tip at a buffet? They still clear the table. In fact, I think waitresses do more work at a buffet than a regular restaurant. I can't believe people are complaining about this.
Cost: With a dinner price, soda, and tip cost was in the high teens. I do think this is a little high for the area. I'd say about $15 would be more appropriate. People complain that it cost more than a regular take out restaurant. Yes it does, and every buffet (not just Chinese) does. Why? Because you're paying for the diversity in selection. If you only like 4 items, then go to a take out place. If you like to choose from 110 items then you're going to have to pay more.
Overall, do I think it was great? No, simply average. Just like almost every Chinese buffet I've been to. In fact, only one in my life would I call great. You go into these things knowing that. I do think that the rash of one star reviews are mostly unjustified and represent unattainable expectations.

Sushi was warm, and the food was cold. My brother and I both felt sick from eating just two plates.
