It was my first time at the Louis Vuitton in this location. Ms. Cheyanne was the best! Called me to let me know my bag ready. Made an appointment with her and she was so nice and attentive once I arrived. She had the bag ready and let me try it on in front of the full body mirror. Asked me if I needed anything else and was courteous all the way through checkout. She was even helping to train a new LV employee and was nice her too. Some tips for shopping with LV: • If you need something that is out of stock online, call the stores. Sometimes they have the item in store. • Make an appointment before visiting the store. You're not allowed to look / shop around LV without a client advisor. They will put you on the list once you get to the door. Wait times will vary obviously. It's better to have an appointment and know you will have a CA ready when it's your turn.
Ordered a bag from this location by sales associate Clare. Look at these zipper pulls, this is suppose to be a brand new bag, I paid $2500 for it. Absolutely unacceptable! Then when I message her to return it, she was so rude to me. Lady why are you mad? I should be the one mad, look at the used garbage you sent me. Unbelievable! Clare you should be ashamed that you sold this to me and since I was not there to see it, you took advantage of me.
I bought a scarf at the store in cash on 1/11 and asked them to shipped it to my address. I asked the Sales Jasmine who was helping me the whole timehow long it would take to arrive and whether it was in stock. She replied that it would be delivered in about two or three days and then she sent a text message to my phone saying that this is her contact information and she will text me when the Tracking Number comes out. I haven't received any message from Jasmine or email from LV in the past weekshe never responded to my texts either. Yesterday I called Client Service and they told me my order was cancelled, and I was told the reason for the cancellation was because she ordered me a scarf that I didn't ask for. Overall it sucks because I made a point at checkout that it was a New Years gift and I bought it two weeks early because I didn't want any mistakes. Turns out something so simple can be screwed up
Dorchelle was amazing! They helped me acquire an item not available in my region. They went above and beyond to help me. I am beyond pleased!
Beware. Selling tarnished hardware by sales associate Marco. Very pushy on selling leather. Telling me canvas will break easily.
This review isn’t being made because there would be any correction made. CLEARLY! This is made for the sole purpose of anyone coming into the store! My husband was here on Tuesday. Front dude is disrespectful! Acting like someone can’t afford something in this store! Last I looked, your salary is LOW! My husband just finished up at the dog show, went and changed his clothes to shorts and a t shirt to shop the town. Not even thinking he’d come here but HE DID! Anyhow, save the looks for maybe your girl NOT US! Secondly the sale lady rude as well. Even said let me find someone else for you! She probably thought he wasn’t getting anything. It was best she changed out from him because he got a wonderful Chinese gal. He bought 3 things and she was the best! Maybe have all your other employees act like her! If I was there your attitudes would have been checked. And I would have taken my business to next LV. Money is money honey but you won’t ever disrespect me and think I’ll give you my funds. Funny thing is all you working there can’t even afford to buy something there but surly looking at other folks disrespectfully. Funny how that works out.
My Esse was Jasmine. She was kind and approachable. I wish could change my customization, but that’s their policy. Personally, the cyber was lost on me. But, Jasmine was true professional and that is what I will always remember and appreciate.
Shameful customer service. Both from i store associates and manager as well as client services. This is my first and last time shopping at a department store branch of a luxury brand. The CS is not the same and they don’t hide it. Chaos isn’t even the word. Not to mention I was sold a bag with clear defects and was refused an exchange.
I cannot say enough about the customer service Lamont Hawkins, sales associate, provides at this LV location. I had the pleasure of meeting Lamont in person last week after working together via phone/text for many months. Lamont has been fabulous finding me special edition bags and his communication is excellent. I would highly recommend buying your next LV bag from Lamont!
I visited the store long time ago and was not able to leave a review. My experience was very pleasant and the employee helpful. Front door man was a gentleman.Will be visiting on my next trip!
