Stumbled here by accident and best discovery ever! Portion was generous and delicious! If you’re a fan of pineapple cakes, I highly recommend getting the pineapple pancakes!
Amazing breakfast! Had the Zydeco French Toast. So delicious and filling! The rest of the menu sounds amazing and will have to return to try out the other mouthwatering options.Food: 5/5
The waitress was fantastic! She deserves 5 stars but that is where my praise ends. The room we were taken into smelled like butt and arm pit must. The wait was over an hour for 5 ppl. The holindasise sauce was gelatinous, my sandwich was cut into the weirdest slice I've ever seen and it looked as if someone had eaten my pickel as only the skin was served. The waffle fries were drowned in oil and gave me a stomach ache. Not to mention the disrespectful thing they call chicken and waffles. Very Midwestern completely underwhelming and definitely not something I would ever return to.
This was such a good place we went for breakfast and amazing. Huge portions also. Me and my husband shared. Coffee was good to. I would go back for sure.
Best maple syrup we have ever tried! Love the vibe of an old diner set in a city setting. The staff are outrageously friendly and attentive. Food was so delicious and I cannot say how well cooked the hash browns were, so good! I had the blueberry pancakes and it was topped with fresh blueberries, bananas and pecans! Drooling just thinking about it. The coffee was superb, didn’t even need to add anything. Tasted so fresh and not that sitting in a pot aftertaste you typically get with some restaurant brewed coffee, you can taste the fresh grounds! We were visiting from down south and I can say we will return to this establishment of yumminess if when we visit again.
The servers were attentive. It was busy but didn't feel crowded. Hash browns were done perfectly. This is the Cajun breakfast special.Food: 5/5
The restaurant was full and food was good, i ordered the crab cake benedict. The service could have been better, water was only refilled once throughout the time I was there.
Truly a classic in St. Paul and the metro area. Great selection of options and our go to continues to be breakfast. The portions are very large so come super hungry or plan on splitting. Treat yourself and let someone else do the cooking...as they do a great job!!Food: 5/5
Great local brunch place. I've eaten here a few times now and it's been really good each time. They seat you really fast, even if it's on a weekend I've never had it take more than 10 minutes. Vegetarian options: I got a veggie breakfast burrito with local eggs Parking: Parking is a bit limited, but I've almost always found a spot
Awesome breakfast/brunch spot. Great eggs benedict variations. Biscuits and gravy w/eggs and hash browns were excellent and hearty. Kids loved their pancakes. Plenty of room to sit. Fun diner atmosphere.Food: 5/5
