Louisiana Double Play

My friend took me here for his Wonder Woman obsession, and I found a couple of comic that I like. I got avengers infinity guanlet, guardian of the galaxy, and Deadpool comics. They also have some trading cards stuffs but they are really over price unlike other trading cards shops. Anyway, I recommend here for your latest comic books obsession.

Decent comic shop and pretty much the only one Baton Rouge has to offer. Good service, but be careful of their variant cover pricing, it rarely matches up with the broader market.

They never have any comics my GirlFriend looks for. We even had "ordered" one or two and never got a call verifing it came in. We called 2 times and was assured it would come in. We called 2 times once the day it was suppose to arrive and again 5 days laters. So we went to the store and they didnt have anything about us nor had The comics we were looking for. We go to Metairie next door to the Lakeside Mall that place is most helpfull

The man who works here is super friendly and always willing to talk about comic books. The store also has a very wide variety of cards, comics, statues, etc. For any comic book lovers in the area I definitly suggest coming here instead of places like Barnes n' Noble. My only problem is the the store does not seem clean but this could be due to how old the place is and that with the way it is organized it can be overwelming to new customers. Other than that it is an amazing place. Try going to Louisiana Double Play next free comic book day.

Such a great experience here. I came in from out of town looking for some cards. My man Otto(sp) was great to talk to as I was breaking my box of Topps 2018 Opening Day. Such a fun and friendly atmosphere and willing to help with what you are looking for. If you are in Baton Rouge I highly recommend coming here.
