WARNING: If you don’t have any other options, this school is not an option either. I would strongly recommend anything else before sending your beloved child/student into this debacle. Please research before choosing this school. Also, if you are enrolling your child with the assurance that a single-working-parent can rely on the full support of the online teachers to guide, teach and instruct your child for success here…DON’T BELIEVE IT!

I really like the program at LAVCA. They have a wonderful curriculum.  The students attend live, teacher instructed classes daily. All of these classes are recorded,  if you're not able to attend it live, you can view it later. My daughter and I love her teachers. The teachers and staff are professional and friendly. They are always available to help you when you need it.  Louisiana Virtual Academy is a public virtual school. I wanted a school that my child could attend from home, that had a great curriculum with live instruction from certified teachers that I could be completely involved in. I found that structure and guidance at LAVCA.
