Ordered a Teriyaki Beef plate from south Salem. When I got home there was just meat in the to go container. When I have ever ordered this at other locations ALWAYS comes with rice. Not sure what the rush was in the store as it was empty as well with one other group of people waiting on food to go. I will not be returning and would recommend a different location for others as well.
We used to go here at least 2 times a month for years. Now, no indoor dining. Not sure why they are not opening the dining room. We will be back when we can eat there. Until then, we will be making other dining choices.
Food generally always tastes good but prices in store did not reflect online when we ordered in December. I showed up to a $44 bill I was expecting had always been $25 ish. I had to scramble to find money I didn’t have… the food was already made so I couldn’t change it. Also weird still no dine in but my review isn’t based on that.
Black hair stuck in the broccoli. And all cashier says is you will have to bring it in for us to see. I spent $44 for a special meal for my daughter and grandchildren! Instead he said we have to prove it? Not a good look considering it was black hair and we have light brown red hair? You lost 5 customers who have been coming in since you opened!
Too expensive!!! 69 dollars for 2 yakisobas and 3 potstickers sides.... plus the oil tasted too rancid... i have been a loyal costumer, but i can't stand food like this
If you're looking for some quick and great meat with rice or noodles this is the place for you! The cashier Noah is always very friendly, the service is good and the food comes out quick . They also have great spice levels, and can make it very mild/spicy. I personally like spice, and the sauce they have adds both heat and flavor!
Myself and my family have been coming here for years and have never had any issues. They make amazing food and the customer service is always decent. If you haven't given them a shot I'd definitely recommend it to other's. It's a must try! Oh also their facility is always clean and makes it feel safe to eat there. Thanks love loves for your amazing food.
For years and years this has been our favorite. However they still have not opened for indoor dining. Probably the only restaurant that has it. Placed order from online menu and found out the prices listed online are much lower than reality. On top of that we had to eat on Styrofoam which is not very fun and is a big waste. Very disappointed in love love teriyaki. I hope they decide to open up The indoor dining
A bit pricey. There is no love into the preparation of the food. It all seems cooked with no passion. Kinda bland if you ask me.Food: 2/5
Made fresh good portions to. Everybody that work here is super niceFood: 5/5
